1.0 Description
The SCS M2 GT Series will be driven during the RACE CAR SERIES 2021 .
Registered drivers with GT bodies receive tires at a preferential price through MR Racing Parts.
In general, the current regulations of the NRW Cup concerning the performance of the races and the Technical Regulations of the DMC in the class VG5TWST apply, with the deviations described in the following.
2.0 paint jobs
The bodies must be painted, if possible, fidelity must be maintained. A reference to original designs is expressly desired in order to depict a visually attractive driving image of the model vehicles.
The headlights and tail lights must be recognizable as such. The windows must be transparent, but may be tinted.
2.1 chassis and bodies
There are all chassis variants / manufacturers / own buildings with wheelbases up to 535mm and max. 395mm width allowed. For scoring SCS M2 GT Series, only bodies modeled on GT bodies are allowed. Rear spoiler must correspond in appearance and dimensions to the original GT vehicles. Bodywork list e.g. :

2.2 motors
Only unprocessed standard Zenoah 230/240, 1-cylinder, 2-stroke combustion engines or electric motors are permitted in accordance with the current DMC Rule 2019 of the VG5TWST class.
2.3 Silencer and airbox
Only components with valid DMC homologation for class VG5TWST are permitted.

Note to 2.2 and 2.3
This measure is intended to offer the driver the opportunity to participate with the vehicle, without any additional costs for DMC SK races and the German championship VG5 in the standard class.
2.3 Safety equipment
Front bumper, brakes, engine stop switches, etc. must comply with the current DMC 2019 regulations.
3.0 tires
Registered participants SCS M2 GT Series receive for each race, 3pair tires at a discounted price on www.mr-racing-parts.de
Tire specification for 2019:
PMT; Mixture: K1 (transitional X3 to consume existing stocks) GRP; Mixture: M2
It may for the pre and final runs max. three pairs of new tires are used. Before the beginning of the preliminary rounds (better already 1 day before) max. 3 pairs of tires (with driving times of 4 heats a '10min, ½-finals a' 20min, finals a '30min = total to 90min, from 1/4-finals or total use time from 90min 1 pair of tires is more allowed) one Tire mixture of a manufacturer of the technical acceptance are marked. 3.2 tire replacement
In the case of a defective tire (only with the side edge torn open, not with a stuck-on splice) or defective rim (round square or rim rupture), it can be replaced by an equivalent tire on presentation of the defective tire to the race management or technical inspection and additionally marked ,
3.3 rain tires
In wet conditions, the choice of tires is optional. Carrying and using any tire lubricants or adhesives is strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion from the NRW Cup and the GT Series.
4.0 Participants All drivers can participate in the SCS M2 GT Series.
A DMC membership / license is not mandatory, in this case, an additional fee for the insurance of the participants is charged by the sponsoring club, a rating to SK West is not provided.
DMC members are automatically counted in the SK-West class VG5TWST. (only for runs before the German championship)
4.1 Entry fee
The entry fee for adults is 25, - Euro. The entry fee for young people under 18, - 15 euros.
For double starters the 2nd entry fee is 15, - €.
Drivers without DMC license will be charged an additional insurance fee of 5.- €.
5.0 racing mode
The racing mode and schedule are determined by the NRW Cup.

6.0 ratings
Only vehicles with GT body are classified SCS M2 GT Series. All starters with a DMC license will receive points for the SK West in races before the DM and qualify for the German Championship VG5TWST
6.1 points awarded
Scoring: Done according to DMC 200's system.

According to valid DMC regulations 2019
7.0 ScheduleSaturday: Depending on the number of participants, exact training times are determined by the organizing club, breaks Regulations / rest periods must be strictly adhered to.
